Scope
This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases of products from UrbanOrra (https://urbanorra.com). By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

7-Day Return Window
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Return
Products are eligible for return if:

  • They are returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • They are unused, with original tags, packaging and accessories, and in the same condition as received.
  • Any hygiene-sealed items (where applicable) are unopened.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page.
  • Items damaged by misuse, improper care or accidental damage after delivery.
  • Consumables or perishable goods once opened.

How to Request a Return

  1. Visit our contact page: https://urbanorra.com/contact or email contact@urbanorra.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will confirm your return eligibility and provide a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship following the provided instructions.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defect, incorrect item or our error, UrbanOrra will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label.
  • For all other returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Processing Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it. Processing times with banks or card issuers may vary.

Exchanges
If you want an exchange (size, color or replacement), indicate this in your return request. If the replacement item is more expensive, you will be asked to pay the difference. If it is less expensive, the difference will be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact contact@urbanorra.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. If the order has already shipped, please follow the return procedure above.
